One or several flexible tubes (130) are arranged in conjunction with units (101) comprising electrical components. The units may be enclosed in cabinets (100). The tube or tubes are arranged in a zigzag pattern around the units and pressurised by fluid from a combined pump and heat exchanger (103). The pressure expands the wall of the tube or tubes, causing a thermal contact with the units. By flowing fluid through the tube or tubes, heat can be transported to or from the units. Tubes arranged in several cabinets can be connected either in series or parallel.
