The flexible but dimensionally stable surface extends over outflow ducts (2a) and plates (2b) positioned over the whirlpool mat (1) and has holes in its surface where the air bubbles emerge from the mat. The surface is in the form of a frame with downward pointing side edges and raised sitting surface. The solid foam material of the surface is thinner near the outflow ducts or areas. The surface is joined to the mat by clips (7).
