The small-valley water prefabricated protective outlet comprises a glass fibre and polyester resin, or precast concrete dam 6-8 meters long and 1.20-1.50 m high. A continuous discharger controls the water flow to minimize valley soil erosion beyond the dam. EMBODIMENT - Further downstream control facilities are also provided.
