The first invention provides a method of preparing an epoxidized organic polymer by dispersing or suspending a solid organic polymer organic solvent and epoxidizing the polymer dispersed or suspended a peroxide. Epoxidized polymer thus obtained can be used for coating materials, resin modifiers, modifiers or rubber adhesives, being, therefore, extremely useful.
