Fat mixture for infant and adult nutrition, basically comprisinga mixture of phospholipids from the cerebrum of domesticanimals, at least one vegetable oil, and/or at least an animalfat, and/or at least a fish oil, and/or medium chaintriglycerides, in which the ratios between oleic/linoleic/alpha-linolenic fatty acids, between arachidonic/docosahexaenoic fattyacids, and its phospholipids content are similar to those ofhuman milk and mediterranean diet.
