The invention relates to a system and a method of enhancing a projectmanagement systemfor execution on a computer or on the Internet, by integrating a resourcemanagementsystem with the project management system by providing a tight link betweenthem, so thatthey share various information data, namely, bookings of facilities, staffassignments andexpenses stored previously in a database. The present system particularlyrelates to asystem and a method of linking a booking of a resource within the resourcemanagementsystem to events of a project contained in the project management system atthe databaselevel. In addition, the resource management system may be shared effectivelyby variousprojects included in the project management system.
