A system and method for third-party reconciliation of employment benefits isdisclosedcomprising a job matching service adapted to match candidate employee loanholderswith employers where the employer pays a fee to at least partially offset theloanobligation of an employee upon commencement of employment. The presentinventionissues a funding request to the employer for subsequent reconciliation ofpayment tothe servicer of the employee's loan to pay down the outstanding principalbalancethereof as a benefit of employment.
