摘要

A genomic DNA containing the promoter domain of pMADS3 is isolated, ligated to a reporter gene and then transferred into petunia plant via an agrobacterium . As a result, the stamen of this plant surprisingly turns into a petal-like structure, thereby presenting double flowers.
