A computer implemented system and method of attracting and lodging PCTnational phase patent applications. The computer system for lodging a PCTnational phase application with a patent office has an interface which isadapted to receive a national phase filling instruction. The interface is incommunication with a document generator which is adapted to generate anational phase entry message. The generator is in communication with adocument sender which is adapted to send the national phase entry message tothe patent office. When the interface receives a national phase filinginstruction the document generator generates the national phase entry messageand the document sender sends the message to the patent office thereby lodgingthe PCT national phase application.
