The present invention discloses a novel polypeptide, a human L1 factor ORF2 inverse transcription relative protein 11, the polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide and the method for producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technology. The invention also discloses the uses of the polypeptide in methods for treating various diseases, such as malignant tumour, hemopathy, developmental disorder, HIV infection, immunological disease, and various inflammation, etc. The invention also discloses the agonistes against the polypeptide and the therapeutic actin thereof. The invention also discloses the uses of the polynucleotide encoding the novel human L1 factor ORF2 inverse transcription relative protein 11.
