A cellular phone automatic-transmission apparatus (1), when attached to a cellular phone (3), sends a prerecorded data of telephone number or the like to the cellular phone (3), causing the cellular phone to effect an automatic transmission based on the data of telephone number or the like. The automatic transmission apparatus (1) comprises means (25) for storing in advance the data of a telephone number or the like of a telephone on the receiving end; means (2) for sending the stored data of telephone number or the like to the cellular phone (3) on the transmitting end when the automatic transmission apparatus is attached to the cellular phone (3); and means (2) for causing the cellular phone (3) to effect an automatic transmission to the telephone having the foregoing telephone number on the basis of the foregoing data of telephone number or the like. Even if not knowing how to use a cellular phone of his own or another person, one can make an automatic call to the telephone of a telephone number stored in advance, at a pinch, only by attaching the automatic transmission apparatus to that cellular phone. Moreover, the automatic transmission apparatus is easily portable and can be used soon enough at a pinch.
