The present invention relates to the field of equipment for athletic gymnastics. The mentioned exercising apparatus could be used for doing both basic gymnastics and auxiliary gymnastic exercises by weight lifting and/or with dumbbells lying on the bench with variable declivity angle. Decline of angle may be changed by lifting or letting down the bench-head (15) and then fixing it in the gaps (7) of the stands (1) and (6) using bar (5). Decline of angle may be changed also by pulling out and affixing telescopic part of holder (9).
