Reagents which regulate human gonadotropin releasing hormone receptor G protein-coupled receptor (gonadotropin releasing hormone receptor-like GPCR) and reagents which bind to human gonadotropin releasing hormone receptor-like GPCR gene products can play a role in preventing, ameliorating, or correcting dysfunctions or diseases including, but not limited to, urinary incontince, benign prostate hyperplasia, obesity and diseases related to obesity, cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis, anxiety, depression, hypertension, migraine, compulsive disorders, schizophrenia, autism, neurodegenerative disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinsonism, and Huntington's chorea, and cancer chemotherapy-induced vomiting.
