An endothermal engine (1) provided with a device (7) for purifying the blow-by gases of the block (4), comprising a housing (10) provided with an inlet opening (8) communicating with the interior of the block (4) of the engine (1) and an outlet opening (9) for the purified gases and integrally defining an impact separator (14) for the removal of the larger oil particles and a filter member (19) for the separation of the residual oil and particulates housed in a chamber (20) of the housing (10); the device (7) forms a compact integrated unit which may be readily mounted on the engine (1).
