The present invention disclose a new polypeptide- human zinc finger protein 10.45, the polynucleotide encoding it and a method producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technology. The present invention further disclose a method of the polypeptide for treating various disorders, e.g., various tumor, nervous system disorder, hemopathy, developmental disorder etc.. The present invnetion also disclose an antagonist of the polypeptide and its therapeutci action. The present invention further disclose the use of the polynucleotide encoding the new human zinc finger protein 10.45.
