The present invention provides for uses of an anti-TNFalpha antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof for the manufacture of a medicament for use in the treatment of asthma or airway inflammation in an individual in need thereof. The present invention also provides for use of an anti-TNFalpha antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof for the manufacture of a medicament for use in reducing accumulation in lungs of inflammatory cells in an individual in need thereof.
