The applicators (10) for health and beauty fluid materials (or products) in accordance with this invention have an elongated reservoir (14) with a dispenser head (12) at one end and a telescoping extender (16) thereon. When extended, the telescoping extender (16) increases the length between the manual grasp and the dispenser head (12) for application of the fluid material onto hard to reach body surface areas. The dispensing head (12) lies at an acute angle to the handle length axis. The dispenser head (12) has a rolling member (44) and a cap (46) which presses the rolling member (44) down to close the dispensing opening (32) through the dispenser head (12). The rolling member (44) may be a roller, a cone or one or more spheres.
