METHOD OF IDENTIFYING TARGET GENE OF TRANSCRIPTION FACTOR AND METHOD OF ISOLATION

A vector expressing a fused protein of a transcription factor with an activator of this transcription factor, and another vector containing a reporter gene, the expression of which is induced by the above transcription factor, are transferred into cells. By using the expression of the reporter gene as an indication, cells wherein the transcription factor is activated can be isolated. By comparing the gene expression dose of the cells in which the reporter gene is expressed with the gene expression dose in the cells in which it is not expressed, a gene the expression of which is enlarged in the cells with the expression of the reporter gene can be identified as the target gene of the transcription factor.
