A possible form of embodiment of the inventive method comprises the following steps: a) a detector is prepared for measuring magnetic parameters, b) at least one first bondable bonding partner is prepared in a sample container, c) the first bonding partner is brought into contact with at least one second bonding partner which is capable of selectively bonding with the first bonding partner, the first and/or second bonding partner comprising at least one magnetic and/or magnetisable probe, and d) at least one signal of the probe is determined, and e) the giant magneto-impedance signal of the probe is determined by means of at least one magneto-sensitive sensor pertaining to the detector.
