The machine includes a conveyor track which has several holders from which the rose branches are suspended and moved along successive treatment units. Each unit has a vision unit for determining the height as regards a track reference of a shoulder with side branch, and supplies information representing this point. At least one first and second cutter unit controlled by the information is for cutting off a cutting at a pre-set first and second distance above the branch shoulder.
