A 3-D computer graphics expression model forming system provided in a computer system having an input means, a storage means, a control means, an output means and a display means, for synthesizing expressions based on emotion changes, comprising a storage means for storing the rear three layers of a five-layer neural net used to develop 3-D emotion parameters into n-dimensional expression synthesizing parameters, 3-D emotion parameters on an emotion space corresponding to a basic emotion, and shape data acting as a source for forming an expression-synthesizing 3-D computer graphics expression model, an emotion parameter delivering means on an emotion space corresponding to a specific emotion, and computing means for inputting emotion parameters delivered from the emotion parameter delivering means to an intermediate layer and outputting expression synthesizing parameters to an output layer by using rear-three-layer data of a five-layer neural net defining the intermediate layer as three units.
