The system includes portable camera for capturing live audio visual information flow, digital encoder, it is converted into for encoding captured audio-visual information through compressing audio visual signal, terminal antenna is for tracking telecommunication satellite, to determine their position and send the real time communication satellite of the audio visual signal compressed, the different editor of computer and signal processing.
