The invention relates to a formulation used in the areas of therapeutic nutrition and/or micronutrition. Said formulation consists essentially of an aqueous solution of emulsion, containing up to one gram nutriments and/or very small quantities, that is less than one microgram, of active elements or micronutriments. The invention is characterized in that this formulation contains mushroom hypha which act as vectors that make it possible to promote the penetration of the nutriments and/or micronutriments into the target cells, through the cell wall.
