The present invention is the production of hepatitis C virus core antigen, characterized by Sikkim tablets was produced and expressed it in a host such as E. coli, the expression vector inserted into a vector and then amplifying the hepatitis virus core antigen gene C (SEQ ID NO: 1) to provide a separation method. Also it provides a method of using the hepatitis C virus core antigen prepared by the method used for diagnosis and vaccine development based on model of the hepatitis patients.
