The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing light metal parts, especially light metal parts made of magnesium or magnesium alloys. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and an apparatus for practicing the method which enable practical and efficient manufacture of light metal cast parts and require less technical cost than known solutions.;This object is achieved by a process in which the production process is carried out in a system which is pressure-closed against the outside, in which the heating of the liquid metal is carried out in the lower part of the melting apparatus, (Cured) state having a temperature of about 630 [deg.] C at a temperature from the lower side of the valve seat to the lower side of the valve seat, and supply and recovery of the protective gas is performed through the differential pressure system.;As an apparatus for carrying out the above method, a metal inlet pipe which is pressure-tightly introduced to the outside is arranged in a container of a melting apparatus, which supplies liquid metal from a preliminary melting furnace through a check valve.
