The present invention relates to a method for producing a fermented product having an alcohol-resistant effect to reduce blood alcohol concentration and alcohol breath, and to an alcohol-resistant fermented food containing the fermented product, rice bran and soybeans as raw materials. Or inoculated with Bacillus subtilis to prepare alcohol-resistant fermented fermented product, and yeast powder is added to the above fermented product to prepare alcohol-resistant fermented food.
