PURPOSE: An optical system for transmitting and receiving in LIDAR system is provided to improve a size of system and a dynamic range by unifying a transmitting optical system and a receiving optical system as one body. CONSTITUTION: An optical system for transmitting and receiving in LIDAR system relates to a transmitting and receiving optical system. The LIDAR system comprises conventionally a transmitting optical system and a receiving optical system. The optical device is formed to unify the transmitting optical system and the receiving optical system as one optical system. In order to realize the object, the optical system comprises an aluminum mirror(13). The aluminum mirror is formed with a small hole(14) to penetrate a laser beam. Accordingly, a transmitted and received beam is divided by the mirror.
