The present invention relates to a method of translating Hangul into English, and more specifically, after decomposing the finished Hangul into English, neutral, and Jongsung, each phoneme is replaced with an English notation using the English, Neutral, and Jongsung tables. According to the rules for converting the neutrality according to the first letter, converting the finality according to the first letter of the next letter, and changing the initial letter according to the last letter of the previous letter. Using this method to translate Hangul into English, Hangul is translated into English as it sounds, and the English notation itself becomes more natural and has the advantage of being useful for automatic Korean-English conversion on the Internet.
