CAST SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING TUNNEL LINING AND PROCESS FOR FORMING TUNNEL LINING BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided is a cast system for forming tunnel lining to greatly reduce separation of concrete material to be introduced and to produce more compact structure of the tunnel lining and a process for forming the tunnel lining by using the cast system. CONSTITUTION: The cast system comprises a steel cast(10) spaced from a tunnel wall to form a tunnel lining by introducing concrete between a space between the wall and the steel cast(10); a concrete conveyor line(20) for supplying the concrete into the space; a side wall vibrator mounted at a desired position in inner wall of the cast(10) to vibrate the cast; and a detection device(40) to determine level of concrete to be introduced. The cast(10) has multiple right and left inlets(11,11',11") arranged by equal interval and multiple ceiling side inlets(12,12',12"). The vibrator effects the introduced concrete by vibrating steel plate of the cast to obtain an excellent surface of the lining concrete.
