PURPOSE: A device for maintaining restoring force of a ship without considering a ship slant angle is provided to prevent damage of an engine by preventing water from letting in an engine chamber. CONSTITUTION: A storing force-maintaining device of a ship without considering a ship slant angle comprises a hull section(110) forming a lower portion of a ship; a cabin section(150) integrally connected to an upper portion of the hull section; a hull(112) receiving buoyancy by contacting to water; a deck integrally engaged with an upper portion of the hull to support the cabin section; a tube(116) mounted on an upper circumference of the hull section by being composed of rubber; an engine room(120) formed on a rear portion of the hull section; suction/discharge fans(121,121a) receiving outer air and conveniently discharging polluted inner air by being mounted in the engine room; first and second suction and discharging units(122,122a); and plural bilge keel(114) extended on an outer portion of the hull.
