According to the present invention there is provided a composition for diagnosing infection of Helicobacter pylori comprising up to 90% low concentration ¹³ C-labeled elements. By using the composition of the present invention, there is provided a diagnostic method having high sensitivity and specificity and economic efficiency of Helicobacter pylori infection.
