PURPOSE: A system and method for issuing an on-line tax bill using a computer communication integrated server is provided to activate electronic commerce by enabling a provider to transmit an itemized statement of a tax bill and output a legal form of the tax bill on the Internet, and by enabling the provider to save times for transmitting the tax bill by mail or by person. CONSTITUTION: A server system includes each database which stores information on lists of customers, the customers' registered seal impressions and so on, a communication server which performs a communication between the server system and a client system, an information searching server which searches information stored in the database according to searching request information transmitted and selected from the client system, a charge identification server which identifies charges paid by an applicant who uses the client system and a tax bill generation server which receives information on itemized statements and performs a process for accounting.
