CALL PROCESSING METHOD FOR UNREGISTERED SUBSCRIBER OF VLR IN CDMA SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for processing a non-registered subscriber call in a visitor location register of a code division multiple access(CDMA) system is provided so that a delay time of the visitor location register can be reduced and performance thereof can be improved, by increasing a call success ratio by automatic location registration of the non-registered subscriber and removing a double paging function for subscriber search. CONSTITUTION: A mobile call controller demands information of a transmission subscriber to a location register call controller according to a call setup request from a transmission subscriber terminal(S11). The location register call controller confirms whether the information of the transmission subscriber has been registered in a database(S12). The location register call controller transmits a location registration request signal to a home location register, and performs a location registration operation(S13). The home location register receives the location registration request signal, performs the location registration operation, and transmits a location registration response signal to the location register call controller(S14). The location register call controller receives the location registration response signal, extracts the information of the transmission subscriber, and transmits it to the mobile call controller(S15). The mobile call controller processes the call according to the information of the transmission subscriber from the location register call controller.
