PURPOSE: A one stop service system for an information technology provider and method thereof are provided to implement a total service from a business start stage to a stock market listing stage using a businessman's information technology idea. CONSTITUTION: A combined space having a wire/wireless communication and an Internet environment is prepared(s100). A service provided by an information technology related businessman who does business in the combined space is provided based on one stop method(s200). An information of a product fabricated by an information technology related businessman who does business in the combined space is provided to a netizen who visits online or offline. An education may be provided to the netizen with respect to a new product. The online businessman performs an online advertisement and an offline advertisement using the combined space(s400). A mega web station is installed in each country for the above service, and each mega web station is connected with the Internet(s500).
