PURPOSE: An agricultural chemical composition for preventing and treating anthracnose and viral diseases is provided, to effectively prevent and treat anthracnose and viral diseases without causing harmful effects to a human. CONSTITUTION: The agricultural chemical composition for preventing and treating anthracnose and viral diseases contains diamino diphenyl sulfone, mixture of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim or Norfloxacin, and streptomycin sulfate or Kanamycin sulfate in a ratio of 23 to 27 wt.% : 36 to 47 wt.% : 28 to 36 wt.%, respectively. It may optionally contain diamino diphenyl sulfone, mixture of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim and streptomycin sulfate in a ratio of 20 to 22 wt.% : 51 to 54 wt.% : 25 to 28 wt.%, respectively. Also, it may optionally contain diamino diphenyl sulfone, Norfloxacin and Kanamycin sulfate in a ratio of 30 to 32 wt.% : 30 to 32 wt.% : 37 to 40 wt.%, respectively.
