PURPOSE: A method and a system for realizing a knowledge franchise are provided to develop knowledge information of an affiliated head office, a member store, and a user by sharing and accumulating the knowledge information and modifying repeatedly the accumulated knowledge information. CONSTITUTION: A user system(1) is connected with a system(5) of an affiliated head office. The user system(1) includes a user system database(2) for storing knowledge information of a user. The system(5) is connected with the user system(1) and a member store system(8) and is comprised of an affiliated head office server(3) and an affiliated head office database(4). The affiliated head office server(3) receives personal data of the user and a member store, receives the knowledge information from the user and the member store, and processes it. The affiliated head office database(4) stores the processed information. The member store system(8) is connected with the system(5) and the user system(1) and is composed of a member store server(6) and a member store database(7). The member store server(6) processes transmitted information and the member store database(7) stores the knowledge information. Each of knowledge information stored in the user system database(2), the affiliation head office database(4), and the member store database(7) are connected with each other through a server corresponding to each database.
