PURPOSE: A safe card for identifying and managing private information in electronic commerce through the Internet is provided to secure and manage private credit information and member registration information in the payment process using a user authentication method, cyber money and a credit card. CONSTITUTION: The safe card embeds a program for connecting to an electronic commerce site on the web in an auxiliary memory device. A user selects private credit card information or cyber money payment information interlocking with the program by mixing the real information and imaginary numerical information. Real payment is performed in a hacking-prevented zone when the user inserts the carded auxiliary memory device, and payment is impossible without the carded auxiliary memory device. For preventing surreptitious payment due to the loss of the safe card, a coding confirmation process is performed by the input of direct personal card information and real information mixed with imaginary information.
