MANUFACTURE PROCESS OF HEATPROOF PET BOTTLE AND PREFORM MANUFACTURED THEREWITH AND HEATPROOF PET BOTTLE

PURPOSE: A method for making a PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) bottle and a preform and PET bottle thereof are provided to reduce the initial cost invested to facilities by producing a heat-resistant PET bottle through blow molding without additional process. CONSTITUTION: A method for making a PET bottle includes a preform injecting step of forming corrugations on the inner face of a body and integrally inject-molding an inlet part(10) and a body part(20) and a PET bottle blow-molding step of putting the body part of the preform in a blow-molding machine and blowing air into the body part. According to blow molding of the preform in the blow-molding machine, the body part is expanded. Then, protruded portions(22) and recessed portions(24) of the body part continues slowly. Thus, embossing effect is obtained. Therefore, rigidity is maintained and heat-resistant property is obtained.
