PURPOSE: A system and method for a simulating a virtual plastic operation is provided to obtain a virtual plastic operation result through a communication network as the Internet without visiting a plastic surgery. CONSTITUTION: A client system(11) receives and processes plastic operation related information a physical condition of a user wishes to receive a virtual plastic operation and a kind of a plastic operation, a plastic operation requesting rate, and a face image. A plastic operation specialist database(14) stores plastic operation specialist information as a possible plastic operation part according to kinds of plastic operations, a possible/impossible kind of a plastic operation in accordance with a physical condition, and an operating possible plastic operation part according to plastic operation kinds. A server system(12) receives plastic operation related information and a plastic operation requesting rate from the client system(11), and applies the information and rate to plastic operation specialist information of the plastic operation specialist database(14) and senses a plastic operation amount of the user. At least one out of the client system(11) and the server system(12) includes virtual plastic operation simulation software for performing a virtual plastic operation as the plastic operation amount with respect to the face image and displaying the result.
