PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A LAMINAR COMPOSITE FOR IMPROVEMENT OF VIBRO-ACOUSTIC BEHAVIOUR PRODUCT SO OBTAINED AND AUXILIARY TOOL EMPLOYED

PURPOSE: A forming method of a laminar composite for improving vibro-acoustics, product thereby and an auxiliary tool are provided to improve vibro-acoustics on the surface, and to reduce noise from a metal sheet by fixing the composite in the surface of a vehicle roof. CONSTITUTION: A laminar composite piece having a groove(2) is formed according to reticular grid configuration based on the repetition of patterns over the entire part of one face of a composite(1). A channel is formed during the actual process of molding the composite, and the composite is composed of a middle layer of stiff foam and two external layers made of paper. The composite with the groove is mounted in the surface subjected to an external situation producing undesired vibration and noise by adhesive to improve vibro-acoustics. The laminar composite reduces undesired noise produced on the outer sheet metal of the roof of the vehicle.
