PURPOSE: A video conference service method on the internet is provided to reduce the time for preparing a conference by offering all information about a conference place and a service providing company and to reduce expense by selecting a conference place and a company providing the best service at a moderate cost. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a conference planner(10) inputting such basic information as a preferred place, an expected number of participants, a date and a period on a page displayed on a browser, performing database operation about a conference place by transmitting the basic information to a server, displaying a list of available conference places and prices on the browser, displaying the details about the conference places with response to the clicking of the displayed page, the conference planner determining a proper place by examining the details and prices of the places, the conference planner writing a quotation request form, requesting a quotation by storing the quotation request form in a quotation form database(43, 102), a conference mediating web server(41) sensing quotation request form to a service providing company(103), the service providing company transmitting the result of quotation to the conference planner(105), the conference planner examining the result of conference(106) and the conference planner determining the company offering the best service and price(107).
