TRANSCELLULAR PENETRATION FUSION PROTEIN RECOMBINANT POLYNUCLEOTIDE CODING THEREOF AND EXPRESSING VECTOR

PURPOSE: A cell-transducing fusion protein, a recombinant polynucleotide coding the fusion protein and an expression vector of the fusion protein are provided, therefore the foreign protein can be effectively transferred into the cell. CONSTITUTION: The cell-transducing fusion protein contains a foreign protein covalent bonded at the carboxy terminal of the homeodomain of Drosophila fushi-tarazu or Engrailed protein, in which the foreign protein is green fluorescent protein(GFP). A recombinant polynucleotide having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 codes the fusion protein wherein a polynucleotide coding the homeodomain of Drosophila fushi-tarazu is sequentially linked with a polynucleotide coding the foreign protein. A recombinant polynucleotide having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 codes the fusion protein wherein a polynucleotide coding the homeodomain of Drosophila Engrailed is sequentially linked with a polynucleotide coding the foreign protein.
