PURPOSE: A cell-transducing HIV-1 Tat-glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH) fusion protein, a recombinant polynucleotide coding the fusion protein, an expression vector of the fusion protein and a transducing method of the fusion protein are provided, thereby directly transferring GDH into a cell. CONSTITUTION: The cell-transducing HIV-1 Tat-glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH) fusion protein has 49 to 57 residues(Tat 49-57) of HIV-1 TAT transduction site covalent bonded at the amino terminal of glutamate dehydrogenase or its derivatives, in which the TAT-GDH fusion protein has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3. The method for transducing the cell-transducing HIV-1 Tat-GDH fusion protein comprises the steps of: expressing an expression vector containing the fusion protein gene in a microorganism; denaturing TAT-GDH fusion protein with 8M urea and purifying the denatured TAT-GDH fusion protein; and adding the denatured TAT-GDH fusion protein into a cell.
