PURPOSE: A stable financial service model capable of preserving principal and interest is provided to ensure rapid loaning for clients and stability for depositors and investors by realizing a financial service to stably preserve an investor's capital and interest so that a depositor can be an investor and vice versa. CONSTITUTION: A financial company guarantees the minimum commercial rate to investors by depositing all their deposit money in a commercial bank of the first financial block and offering interest for the invested capitals to them(1-3). The financial company borrows money from the commercial bank on the security of the invested capitals deposited in the commercial bank. The financial company exactly investigates personal credit, measures a personal credit limit amount, and carries out investment and lending to branch enterprisers within the limit amount on the security of joint and several liability on guarantee and a guarantee insurance policy(4,5). If a generic client makes an application to the financial company or a branch for borrowing money, the branch enterpriser lends the requested amount to the client after investigation(6). The branch enterpriser collects principal, interest and commission, and shares the profit for interest and commission with the main office and the branch office(7,8,9). The main office allots appointed profits to investors.
