PURPOSE: Filling elements for a pillow relieving headache are provided which conveniently support the head of a user and gives acupressure-like action to the user by forming sufficient pores due to openings among the filling elements, and a manufacturing method of the filling elements is provided. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of filling elements(1) for a pillow relieving headache is characterized in that the filling elements are manufactured by processing the naturally dried acacia in an ellipsoidal shape after cutting and naturally drying an acacia, wherein the naturally dried acacia is processed into filling elements having an ellipsoidal shape after cutting the portion of an acacia that is less than 1 m from the ground and naturally drying the cut acacia for about 3 years or more, a ratio of a long axial length(L1) and a short axial length(L2) of ellipsoidal filling elements is preferably 2:1, and more preferably the long axial length(L1) of the ellipsoidal filling elements is 12 mm while the short axial length(L2) of the ellipsoidal filling elements is 6 mm.
