Use of capsazepine as an inhibitor for PAF receptors - mediated responses

PURPOSE: An inhibitor of the reaction of PAF receptor is provided which inhibitor contains capsazepine as an active ingredient and inhibits the activity of PAF receptor to suppress over immune reaction, the isolation of an oxygen group and the increase of calcium. CONSTITUTION: The inhibitor contains capsazepine (N-(2((4-chlophenyl)ethyl)-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-7,8-dihydroxy-2H-2-henzazepine-2-carbothioamide)) represented by the chemical formula, as an active ingredient, where the capsazepine accounts for 0.01-99.99 wt.% of the total composition. It can be used for therapeutic agents of rheumatoid arthritis related diseases or allergy related diseases.
