PURPOSE: A credit card user authentication method using a communication terminal is provided, which removes a billing risk, by making the user able to settle account by accessing with a DB server of a card company directly by adding a credit card function to the communication terminal of the user. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication network(10) forms a communication path with the external, and a communication terminal(20) like a mobile phone has a credit card function by storing a wireless access protocol(WAP) program and a member profile and card information data. And a card settlement DB server(30) controls an operation of the whole system, and analyzes and controls credit information data using the communication terminal. And a card company DB server(40) manages card members and authenticates whether card settlement is possible, and acknowledges the card settlement. And a financial settlement DB server(50) provides credit state of a user if a transaction credit inquiry as to the user is requested, and a print(65) prints a detailed transaction statement and is connected to a member store.
