Automatic implementation program of ISO Quality System Requirements

PURPOSE: An ISO(International Organization for Standardization) autoexecuting system using a groupware is provided to prevent the time, space and financial loss for finding and storing document and taking an approval by performing the business process according to the ISO quality system standard on a computer program through a network line and the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The user calls an ISO quality system document stored in a groupware server and performs a necessary record on the document. The user requests a cooperation request to a cooperator or directly a check to a checker. The document to be checked moves to the checker's terminal(21) and the checker checks the document on a terminal screen as an electric file. In case that the checker needs to suggest an opinion, the checker attaches the opinion to the check papers of the document and sends back to the user or sends to an approver. If the approver stores the document with an electronic signature in the groupware server, the user confirms the approval.
