METHOD FOR OPERATING DIRECTORY SEARCH SITE TO ENABLE USER TO ASSESS WEB SITE AND REPORT LINK ERROR

PURPOSE: A directory search site operation method is provided to collect web site assessment data needed for managing a directory of web sites by enabling a user to make an assessment on web sites and to make a report on link errors in the web sites, and giving incentives according to the assessment activity. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of enabling users to use a web site, to give a score to the web site, averaging the scores from a plurality of users, browsing an average assessment score in a field of a web site assessment(1), eliminating the web site in the case that the average score is lower than a set value when a month has passed since the web site is registered, sorting the web sites in an assessment value order by using a menu of browsing the web sites in a score order(2) for enabling the users to search for higher quality web sites, assessing the activities of the users for giving the users incentives after clicking on an activity assessment button, and enabling the users to check the state of the assessment activities of the users themselves if clicking on an activity point button.
