PURPOSE: An artificial intelligence collision stranding protecting system is provided to assist to take an evasive action by warning a dangerous situation to a navigator. CONSTITUTION: An information collecting system(10) selects a vessel with a potential barrier against a safe navigation using a radar, a VHF(very high frequency) communication equipment, a satellite communication equipment for collecting a voyage information of other vessels. A behavior inferring system(31) infers a collision danger degree or a stranding possibility to determine whether a collision warning function or an automatic controlling is performed based on the collected information. An external interface(40) controls a warning depending on the inferred results, thereby the information collecting system, the behavior inferring system and the external interface give and take the information one another to control the vessel to navigate automatically.
